i made this. it was really good. 

pureed roasted eggplant. six heads roasted garlic. 

raw hazelnuts, caramelized shallots. 

with ciabatta, arugula, pear, and dried figs.

not presented well since i kept everything in separate bowls…allergies and such.

 as burning tears from slicing shallots
